EEOC by code

The report summarizes, by Department and Division, applicable EEOC codes by ethnic group, and then by male and female employees within that group.  A grand total for all specified divisions is provided.

For EEOC reporting purposes, the EEOC field in the Employment tab of each employee's Employee@Company page should contain only one of the ten EEOC codes used by the EEOC.

1. Executive/Senior Level Officials and Managers

2. First/Mid Level Officials and Managers

3. Professionals

4. Technicians

5. Sales Workers

6. Administrative Support Workers

7. Craft Workers

8. Operatives

9. Laborers and Helpers

10. Service Workers

The employee’s ethnicity is also used in EEOC reporting as the EEOC codes are broken down by ethnicity.

In View, the LKL Ethnic table (View>Administration>Configuration>Look-up Tables) should contain only the race/ethnicity codes used by the EEOC, currently:

1. Hispanic or Latino

2. White (not Hispanic or Latino)

3. Black or African American

4. Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander

5. Asian

6. American Indian or AlaskaNative

7. Two or more races (not Hispanic or Latino)

In Vault, the Ethnic field in the Employee tab of the Employee Master should contain these same codes.
