This function allows an authorized user to support the export (.txt file) of employee eligibility data for Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance deductions in Vault.
Important
This export is hard-coded to support a particular client and cannot be used by other clients without modifications. Valiant recommends that other clients not enable the permissions for this export so that the export gadget is not visible to their users.
