Benefit Dependent Enrollment

 

This function provides for dependent enrollment in a plan by authorized users.

Clicking on the icon displays the Benefit Dependent Enrollment page.  

 

 

Selecting a Plan from the drop-down displays a list of the employee’s dependent(s) that can be enrolled in the plan.

Note

An employee must be enrolled in a plan in order for a dependent to enroll in the plan.

 

 

 

Click on the checkbox next to the dependent you wish to enroll and then click .

 

The dependent will move to the “are enrolled” list.  By default, the Enrollment Date is the current date but you can change it.

 

Notice that the dependent record is no longer editable in the Benefit Dependent Eligibility page.

 

Attempts to remove the dependent result in an appropriate error message.
