Clicking on the icon displays the Benefit Dependent Eligibility page.

This function allows authorized users to make the specified employee’s dependent(s) eligible for the selected plan. Clicking on the icon displays the Benefit Dependent Eligibility page.

Selecting a Plan from the drop-down displays a list of the employee’s dependent(s) eligible for the selected plan. |

Click on the checkbox 
next to the dependent you wish to make eligible
and then click 
. The dependent will
move to the “are eligible” list.
Once dependents are eligible they can enroll in a plan.
