Vital Signs Configuration

 

Configuration (available from the Vital Signs menu) determines which employees receive notifications of Vital Signs events, how notifications are received by those employees, and how often they receive those notifications regarding current, future and overdue tasks and events in the View application.

 

Selecting Configuration from the Vital Signs menu displays the Work Flow Configuration page.  

The Configuration tab displays all work flows available for selection from the Work Flow drop-down, namely:

In the Frequency tab, you may specify how often the system generates notifications for the selected work flow.

In the Notifications tab, you may specify which employees receive the notifications and how (e-mail and/or dashboard) they are notified.
