When Users are enrolled using fingerprint or password enrollment, they are assigned a Reader User ID. The Reader ID must then be linked (by the Company Administrator or other authorized user) to the employee’s actual Vision/Vault ID number so that subsequent T&A transactions (Shift Start, Shift End, etc.) are associated with the employee.
Select the Device Name where the employee was enrolled from the drop-down box.
Select the employee’s Reader User ID from the drop-down box.

Select the Employee Name from the drop-down box. The employee’s Division is displayed automatically.
(Select the Sort flag to display Employees in ID # sequence.)
