Self Registration Issues |
Users may create their own access to VIP via the Registration function if they are not pre-registered (given a User Name and Password) by a Company Administrator with the Create User function.

It is advisable that the Company make known to its employees that the Company Name field must reflect the database name. If the company name is valiant, for example, enter valiant_db. |
Only employees already in the Vision database (have an Employee Master) can self-register.

The employee's SSN in Vision must match the registration entry.

The self-registered user is automatically assigned to the Self Service Group. It grants users access to their own records.
The default Role (what users can do with their own data) is determined by the roles assigned by the Company Administrator in Self Service Default Roles.
