User Management

 

In User Management the Company Administrator creates VIP users and assigns access to their company's Valiant web applications.

From this page, the Company Administrator can also edit existing user details, delete existing users, and unlock user logins when authorized users fail to log in correctly.

Note

The list of System Users, and any additions thereto, reflect the login database except for Portal Administrators.  These are not visible in User Management because the Company Admin cannot change their user details.  They are visible in User Assignments where a Company Admin can assign a Portal Admin to a group/role within the company.

 

 

 

Unlock User Logins

For security reasons, when users fail to log in successfully after three attempts, the system automatically prevents any further attempts.

When advised of this condition, a Company Admin may "unlock" (allow the user to log in again) by clicking Unlock.

 

Search Function

In companies with many employees, the search function is useful when locating a particular employee.

Note

If the Show Active Users Only flag is set , the list of employees is limited to those who are active.

 

Click to filter results.  Enter the data to search for in the column header text box, then click to display and select the search criteria.
